Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MyStudios (mystudios.ai), a service that trains private AI models and generates photographs from them. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

MyStudios lets you train AI models on photos you upload (or design fully synthetic models), generate photos with those models, and restage photos of rooms. Generation runs on third-party AI infrastructure; results are delivered to your private studios. Model training and generation take time and can occasionally fail. Failed jobs are refunded in credits automatically.

Your content and consent

• You may only upload photos of a real person with that person's explicit consent, which you confirm inside the product before uploading. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.
• AI-designed (synthetic) models must not be used to impersonate, depict, or imitate any real individual.
• You may not create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or sexualizes minors in any form. We may suspend accounts that attempt to.
• You own the photos you generate and, on paid plans that include it, may use them commercially. We claim no rights over your uploads or results beyond operating the service.

Privacy of your studios

Your studios are private. We do not publish, showcase, or advertise with your uploads or generated photos. Deleting a model deletes its training photos, its trained weights, and its studios along with the photos in them; deleting a single studio deletes that studio's photos and leaves the model in place.

Credits and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and grant a monthly credit allowance, plus a monthly allowance of model trainings. Credits are consumed per job at prices shown before you run each job. Unused credits roll over from month to month and expire 24 months after they are granted, oldest first; training allowances do not roll over. Credits have no cash value and can't be refunded or transferred. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues through the paid period. Refunds beyond automatic failed-job credit refunds are handled case by case. Write to support@mystudios.ai.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent rate limits or safety filters, no reselling of raw API access, no automated scraping. We may throttle or suspend accounts that endanger the service or other users.

Disclaimers

AI-generated photos can be inaccurate or unflattering; judge results before using them. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced by email or in-product. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions: support@mystudios.ai.
